Or you just had your head rammed up your ass. this isn’t a “mistake.” And this wasn’t an “accident,” it was fucking negligence on your part. the car was there, you should have seen it. If it had been a pedestrian or a motorcycle you would have taken someones life. get your head out of your ass, stop staring at your goddamn phone while you’re driving.

yeah, you can just go fuck your self. Nothing you’re asserting is remotely true and you’re just being an ass. I did look, it was raining, her car blended in, she lacked driving lights on, i simple did not see her. it was an accident, a mistake, they happen. Get the fuck over your self, also get off your high horse. You weren’t there.
Also in 16 years of driving this is my first accident that i was at fault for. I’m a very cautious driver, so go fuck your self and enjoy the grey, dick.
